Room Rates.
A block of rooms has been reserved for January 8, 2010 (check-in) - January 10, 2010 (departure). The special room rates will be available until December 25th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
Here's a summary:
Suite rates (king or double double):
$79.00 per night for one person. An additional $8 for each additional occupant, thus:
$87.00 for double occupancy, $95.00 for triple, $103.00 for quad.
A full American Breakfast, normally $17.00 at this hotel, is included in your room rates.
Banquet: USCA covers the cost for USCA Delegates of the Saturday-evening two-plated dinner ($25.00 per head, inclusive of tax and gratuity).
Delegates are welcome to invite additional guests, and USCA members are also invited to attend, at $25.00 each. The deadline for advising host (St Charles Canoe Club) of numbers: December 31, 2009. Airport Shuttle (O'Hare or Midway)
There is a pay-for-service shuttle to/from the Hilton and Chicago, O'Hare or Midway airports: see Windy City Limousine rates or phone (866) 949-4639. Phone for reservations ahead of arrival. From either airport (Midway or O'Hare), Windy City currently charges $25 for the first person, then $10 for each additional up to a max of 8 passengers total per shuttle vehicle. All people in a group reservation must shuttle together, so members of a group arriving on different planes must expect to wait for each other.

This hotel is situated nearby the Oak Brook Shopping Center with shopping, movie theater, and a nearby playhouse: plenty to entertain those not actively engaged in the meeting itself, and those arriving early or staying late.
