I. Special room rates & booking procedures.

USCA's special group rates are $79.00 single; $79 double; $89 triple; $99 quadruple.
Rate includes free breakfast and one $5 for 10 points coupon Casino promotion per attendee during event (based upon availability).
These rates are good January 11-17, 2012, so you can come early and stay late at the same rate.
The deadline for booking at USCA rates is midnight CST, Friday, January 6, 2012.

A. Reserving rooms ON LINE
Go to Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, Green Bay and follow these steps:
     1. Click on More Search Options in the tan-colored "Check Rates & Availability" box.
     2. If the next screen shows a small photo and the Radisson Green Bay address, great! Just enter
         arrival and departure dates, # of rooms needed, # of adults and children.
         If you get a more generic screen, also enter "Green Bay" for the city in the appropriate box.
         In the PROMOTIONAL CODE section type in "CANOE". Click on Find Rates.
     3. Next screen: Review your room rate, then click Book Now.
     4. Next screen: Review your reservation. Click the drop menu "Select Room Options" and choose room type.
     5. Same screen: Scroll down. Sign in is required to make an online reservation.
         Once you sign in you will be able to finish the final reservation process. Good luck!

B. Reserving rooms BY PHONE
Call the Radisson Green Bay direct at +1 (920) 494-7300, Monday-Friday 8am-8pm CST or Saturday 10am-3pm. Ask for the hotel's in-house reservation staff. Outside these hours, the Front Desk may be able to take reservations if they are not serving other customers. To get the special rate ask for a room in the United States Canoe Association room block.

           Please download the form, and if you are bringing guests,complete, and mail in with your check* (made out
           to "United States Canoe Association").
           Or, if you are exempt from payment*, just copy the form and email the Banquet Coordinator your details.
            [*Delegates, chairs, & Nationals hosts are "exempt from payment" — that is, their meal cost is covered by
            USCA; guests & other attendees will be charged $21 per person.
            Checks for guests should be made out to USCA and sent to:

            Note: It was previously announced that the cost would be $30 per guest; Everett has since negotiated a $21
            cost per head. Anyone who has already sent in payment at the $30 rate will be reimbursed accordingly].
