Reserving rooms BY PHONE / special rate
To get the special USCA rate of $84.00 per room reserving by phone, guests need to ensure they call Holiday Inn's Charlotte sales office directly and speak with Kristen at (704) 972-3257. If you receive her voicemail you can leave a message and she will call you right back to make a reservation.

If you call the Front Desk at (704) 394-4301 make it clear that you want a USCA block rate and tell them not to pass you to Central Reservations. Don't call the Holiday Inn 800# or you will also speak to an agent in the Central Reservation System. Those agents do not have access to see Group Blocks such as for the USCA and will therefore say they do not have a special rate for us.

To get the special USCA rate of $84.00 per room on line go to this Holiday Inn/USCA web site. This Holiday Inn/USCA site contains not only reservation details but all the hotel info you need: local amenities, travel to and from the airport, downtown Charlotte info, etc, PLUS meeting information.

USCA's special rate, $84 per room (Double or King) is good January 11 - 18, 2011, so you can come early and stay late at the same rate. Up to four people can stay in a Double for that price ... not so sure about a King ...

Deadline for booking at special USCA rate: December 31, 2010.
